The government today launched its \u2018Be Summer Ready\u2019 2023 campaign with the message: \u201cThink Water Safety – Plan and Prepare.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This year\u2019s public safety information campaign provides advice across a wide range of topics on staying safe this summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The campaign was jointly launched by T\u00e1naiste and Minister for Defence Miche\u00e1l Martin, as Chair of the Government Task Force on Emergency Planning, and Minister of State Jack Chambers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The \u2018Be Summer Ready\u2019 campaign is a whole of government initiative to provide information to the general public on potential risks which may affect them during the summer months.
